What would you do to spend one day with Jesus?

2 Corinthians 5:17

We are back with a new look! As I was preparing for the launch of the blog’s new look, one verse keep coming to mind; that is, 2 Corinthians 5:17. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” Too often we think that when we accept Christ into our life the journey is over. The truth is it has just started.

When we truly accept Jesus into our lives, something starts to change and what we become is a new creation. Romans 12:2 says, And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” I do not believe we can live the life we had before Him if we truly accept Him. That is why we are told that the Gospels are a transforming power. When we accept Him our insides change and then our outside’s change. They have to change or there is no real acceptance. God’s grace abounds for all but we must first accept it and them be transformed by it. That is what true change is about.

The question for today is, “Are you willing to be transformed to spend one day with Jesus?”

Over the next few weeks we will be making more changes. I hope you will like the new look and take advantage of some of the new additions!
